Refund policy
First of all, apologies if you decide not to keep your Kardamom purchase! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Kardamom reserves the right to refuse acceptance of goods returned in an unsaleable condition.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Kardamom Ltd, Perry Farm, Thorverton, Exeter, EX55LN. The cost of shipping returns is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned items, less the original shipping cost which is non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In these rare cases, we will happily reimburse you for the cost of return shipping in addition to the cost of goods or reship the goods you were meant to receive at no charge to you.
Please note that Kardamom products are handmade by artisans in India and represent unique items. As a result, variations in pattern, colour and size may occur (and are part of the charm!) and will not be viewed as a valid reason for return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
